Use Lockers
See who registered and who attended
Compare registrations with attendance on an event's People tab and in the Who's going card, then download the attendance CSV or post a recap after a session.
The short version
- The People tab shows how many people registered and how many attended. The Who's going card on the event page shows the Registered count, and on a hybrid event the In person and Online counts.
- Download CSV adds email addresses, so handle the file like any member list.
- Post recap shares the session time, the attended count, and a replay link once a replay is ready.
Before you start
Only the owner and admins see the People tab and can download the CSV.
Read the People tab
Attended means the person entered at least one live session room. It does not measure how long they stayed, and it is not the attendee-hour figure used for Live billing. The tab lists up to 500 people and says Showing the first 500 when there are more, and its registered count stops at 500 too.
The Who's going card on the event page shows Registered on every event, plus In person and Online on a hybrid event, and it counts every registration. Each person picks in person or online when they register and can switch from their pass until the first session starts. Register for an event and Join an event on the day show the member's side.
- 1
Open People
Open the event page and select the People tab. The line at the top gives two counts, registered and attended, with Download CSV beside it.
- 2
Read each row
Each person has a label for how they are connected to the event: going for a member who registered, registration for a guest who registered free, purchase for a ticket buyer, staff grant, staff, or membership. The owner and admins are always on the list, labeled staff. People who joined a live session also show how many sessions they joined and when they last joined.
Download the attendance CSV
Select Download CSV on the People tab. The file lists the same people with name, email, source, rsvp, sessions joined, first joined, and last joined. Join times are in UTC, and the file does not include the in-person or online choice. Because the file includes email addresses, store and share it only where your privacy commitments to members allow.
Post a recap
- 1
Find the session
Open the Replays tab. A recap needs an ended session whose replay is ready.
- 2
Post it
Open the session's replay actions menu, choose Post recap, and confirm Post a recap of this session? If Lockers has not confirmed your identity recently, it asks you to confirm it first.
- 3
Check where it went
The recap posts to the event wall when the wall is on, and to the community feed when it is off. It includes the session date and time, the number who attended, and a link to the replay.
If it does not work
- The People tab is missing: you are not the owner or an admin.
- No one has registered yet. Nobody has registered or bought a ticket.
- Post recap is missing: the session has no ready replay yet.
- Recap is for an ended session. Wait until the session has ended.
- The CSV does not download: sign in again as the owner or an admin and retry.
