Host in person, hybrid or online with a meeting link. Guests buy a ticket with a free Lockers account without joining your client community, so a workshop can bring in new clients. On Pro with the Live hosting add-on, from $49 a month on top of Pro, run webinars in the browser for up to 100 people.
03 ·Paid client group
Charge monthly for your client community.
On Pro, joining can be a paid membership that includes every course, the feed, messages and member events. Paid members attend your events free.
04 ·Between sessions
Answer clients and host cohort chats between calls.
Set up a discussion category for each topic and pin a welcome post for new clients. Answer clients in private messages, and give each cohort a private group of up to 50 people for conversation between calls.
05 ·Client records
See what each client bought before you reply.
Open a client's record to see their course access and purchase history, then add a private staff note. Set a follow-up date, then open Due follow-ups to see which clients need a reply.

Your first Locker starts with a 14-day Pro trial if you have not used a trial before. No card is required. When the trial ends, that Locker moves to Free unless you subscribe to Pro. Nothing is deleted.

Can clients book one-to-one sessions?
Booking and billing for one-to-one sessions stay in your booking tool. Lockers runs the courses, workshops and client community around those sessions.
Is this coaching platform free?
Yes. Free is $0 per community with unlimited clients and unlimited courses. YouTube lessons do not use the stored video allowance.
Can I sell single courses and a paid client membership together?
A paid membership includes every course in that community. To sell single courses as well, run a second, free-to-join community; each community has its own plan.
Can clients see notes about them?
No. Notes, tags and follow-up dates are private to the owner and admins. Payment amounts are visible only to the owner.
