Run your church's classes, events and small groups online.
Put classes and sermon series into courses and run events in person, hybrid or online with registration and reminders. Each small group gets a private chat of up to 50 people. Start free with unlimited members.
01 ·Classes and sermons
Classes and sermon series members can return to.
Each class or series becomes a course with video, notes and downloads, and members pick up where they stopped. Upload your recordings or add lessons from YouTube, then organize them into modules.
02 ·Events
Events with registration, and tickets when you charge.
Retreats, studies and conferences go on the calendar in person, hybrid or online with a meeting link, with reminders the day before and 15 minutes before. Guests register with a free account without joining. Charge for a retreat or conference with one ticket that covers the whole event.
- Tickets sell on Free or Pro after you connect Stripe and complete payment setup. Paid members attend events in their membership community free.
03 ·Announcements and groups
Keep announcements visible and small groups talking.
Make an announcement category that only staff can post in, and pin a welcome post for new members. Give each small group a private chat of up to 50 people, where members can talk without sharing an email address.
04 ·Member records
Know who needs a follow-up.
See when a member joined and which classes they can open, then leave a private staff note. Set a follow-up date and find them in Due follow-ups.

Open a community for your church
1. Start your community
Name it for your church and pick its address.
2. Add people and a first class
Import a contact list from a CSV of up to 500 rows. Importing creates records only and sends no email. Then add your first class as a course in the Classroom.
3. Invite your members
Share your join link, or send invitations from Admin. A free community can require approval, so an admin approves or declines each request.
Get the details before you start your community.
Does Lockers handle giving, check-in, volunteers or accounting?
