Know who a member is before you answer them.
Open a member under People in Admin to see when they joined, which courses they can open and why, and what your staff wrote after the last conversation. Every owner and admin works from that same record, and it is included on Free.
Included on Free, no card to start.
- 100tags per Locker
- 25saved views per Locker
- Onefollow-up date per member
- Includedon the Free plan
Find a member from nothing but an email address.
Search covers name and email, so a support message with nothing but an address is enough to find the record. A status filter limits the list to active members or includes the people who left or were removed, and a tag filter narrows it further.
Access, notes, and the follow-up date on one member record.
A member's record opens beside the list with when they joined, whether they have community access and the reason, which courses they can open, and every private note your staff has written. Access reasons come from the same rules that grant or withhold access, so the record shows the same reason the member sees. A second admin who answers the same member starts from the same record.
- Private staff notes up to 5,000 characters, with the author and date
- One follow-up date per member, cleared with Mark done
- Community and course access explained line by line
Saved views that update as members start or stop matching.
A saved view stores a set of filters, so a member is removed from the results the moment they stop matching. Filters combine with AND, and every admin opens the same views. Built-in views include Joined this week and Due follow-ups.
- 100 tags per Locker, 20 per member
- 25 saved views, shared with your admins
- Built-in views including Joined this week and Due follow-ups
Membership requests approved from the same list.
When a community requires approval to join, the Requests tab shows a count of who is waiting and lists the oldest request first. An admin approves or declines one person at a time, or approves a whole page at once. Approved members appear in the same list, with the same tags and notes available.
Lesson-by-lesson progress on the record, on Pro.
Pro adds the learning detail to each record: which lessons a member finished and where they stopped. The Purchased but not started view lists the members who have access to a course and have not opened the first lesson. Partial progress stays labeled as partial.
What members see
Audience is private to the owner and current admins. Members keep the directory and profiles they already use.
The question gets answered once
When a member asks why a lesson is locked, an admin opens the record and reads the access reason and the lesson schedule, then replies with the date.
Someone comes back to them
When a member mentions they want to pause, an admin saves a follow-up date, and the Due follow-ups view lists that member when the date arrives.
Their record stays private
Notes, tags, follow-up dates, and saved views belong to the staff. They stay out of the content export and the customer API, and deleting an account clears the notes, tag assignments, and follow-up date about that member.
What Free and Pro include
Audience lives under People in Admin. Search, tags, private notes, follow-up dates, and saved views work the same way on Free and Pro. Pro adds the learning detail on each record and the filters that depend on it.
per Locker, forever
- Audience member management
Organize members with tags, private staff notes, saved filters, and follow-up dates.
Details
Owners and admins share these tools. Follow-up dates are tracked in Admin and do not send automated reminders.
- Member search and status filters
Search by name or email, then hold the list to active members or include the people who left, were removed, or were banned.
- Access explained per member
See whether someone has community access and why, with the same answer for each course.
- Membership requests
Review who is waiting to join a free-to-join Locker that asks for approval, oldest request first.
- Contact import
Bring a CSV of contacts into the Contacts tab as records, with a permission statement and a source note on each import.
Details
Up to 500 rows and 500 KB per import. An imported contact is a record only: no membership, no invitation, and no email is sent.
$49 a month or $470 a year per Locker
- Detailed member learning progress
See a member's course progress and find buyers who haven't started a selected course.
Details
Choose the course first. The Purchased but not started view needs Pro and a selected course.
- No member count cap
Free and Pro both keep every member on the list. Pro adds the learning progress above.
- Payment history on the record
Owners see what a member paid and when, beside the access it bought.
Details
Selling is available after the Locker owner connects a Stripe account and completes payment setup.
- Everything on Free
Tags, notes, follow-up dates, and saved views carry over with nothing to move.
Payment amounts stay with the Locker owner. Admins see a member's access and no amounts.
What Audience does not include
Audience does not run email campaigns or automated sequences. A contact you import stays a record until that person joins on their own. The follow-up date is a date your staff can see, and nothing emails you or the member when it arrives; the Due follow-ups view is where you find them. There is no lead scoring, and there is no bulk refund or bulk message. All of it is staff only, so none of it appears in the member directory, the content export, or the customer API.
The questions asked most often
Is Audience available on the free plan?
Yes. Member search, tags, private notes, follow-up dates, and saved views are on Free and Pro for the owner and current admins. Pro adds detailed learning progress and the Purchased but not started view. Your first Locker starts with a 14-day Pro trial, so you can see the learning detail before you decide.
Can members see the notes and tags about them?
No. Only the Locker's current owner and admins can read notes, tags, follow-up dates, and saved views. The person who wrote a note can edit or delete it, and the owner can delete any note. Deleting a member's account removes the notes, tag assignments, and follow-up date held about them.
Does Lockers replace my CRM?
Audience covers the community side of the relationship: access, purchases, notes, tags, and the next follow-up date, in the place your staff answer members. It does not send campaigns, so if you send email campaigns, keep that tool and supply it through the Pro API.
Will Lockers remind me when a follow-up is due?
Not by email or push. The Due follow-ups view lists everyone whose date has arrived or passed and marks the overdue ones.
