Paid monthly, Kajabi Basic is $179, Growth is $249, and Pro is $499, and paying yearly brings those to $143, $199, and $399 a month.
The Kajabi plans
- Basic is $179 a month paid monthly, or $143 a month paid yearly ($1,716 over twelve months at that rate). It includes 5 products, 1 community, 1 website, 2,500 contacts, and 2 admin users.
- Growth is $249 a month paid monthly, or $199 a month paid yearly ($2,388 over twelve months). It includes 50 products, 1 community, 1 website, 25,000 contacts, and 11 admin users.
- Pro is $499 a month paid monthly, or $399 a month paid yearly ($4,788 over twelve months). It includes unlimited products, 3 communities, 3 websites, 100,000 contacts, and 26 admin users. Pro also includes a branded mobile app and the API.
What every Kajabi plan lists
Every plan includes unlimited access groups, funnels, landing pages, and marketing emails. Kajabi also lists checkout pages, payment integrations, affiliate programs, and a custom domain across its plans.
Kajabi's FAQ says Kajabi does not take a revenue share as a platform. Payment processing still applies, and Kajabi lists separate rates for Kajabi Payments and for third-party payment providers.
Payment fees by plan
Kajabi publishes these rates for US entities and notes that fees differ by country.
- Basic: Kajabi Payments at 2.9% + $0.30. Third-party payment provider fee at 2% (excludes PayPal and Kajabi Payments; the selected provider's fees still apply).
- Growth: Kajabi Payments at 2.8% + $0.30. Third-party payment provider fee at 1%.
- Pro: Kajabi Payments at 2.7% + $0.30. Third-party payment provider fee at 0.5%.
Contact limits and add-ons
Basic starts at 2,500 contacts, Growth at 25,000, and Pro at 100,000. Kajabi's FAQ says extra contacts come in blocks of 25,000 for $125 a month, at any size. AI credits are 0 on Basic, 500 on Growth, and 1,000 on Pro, and more can be purchased. As of October 19, 2026, Kajabi lists some AI tools as coming soon.
Trial, refunds, and canceling
Kajabi's pricing page does not list a free plan you keep. It offers a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. The FAQ says you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel later, and that cancellation and plan changes are allowed at any time.
What Lockers costs for a community and courses
Lockers Free includes unlimited members and unlimited courses, and it does not ask for a card. Pro is $49 a month or $470 a year per Locker. Your own domain, quizzes, certificates, and the API are on Pro.
Kajabi fits a business that wants its website, email campaigns, and sales funnels managed beside its products. Lockers puts courses and events inside the community, and on Pro the API and webhooks connect the email or CRM tools you already use.
Selling is available after the Locker owner connects a Stripe account and completes payment setup. On course sales, the platform fee is 5% on Free and 1% on Pro. Paid membership requires Pro, includes every course, and the platform fee is 1% on each payment. Payment processing costs extra. We calculate the platform fee after discounts and before tax. When a payment is refunded, we return the proportional platform fee; payment-provider fees follow the provider’s rules.
