Open a member to see which courses they can open and why, what your staff wrote after the last conversation, and whether a follow-up is due. Owners and admins share that record on Free and Pro, so a second admin starts where the first one stopped.

Search by name or email, group members with tags, and save filters for the groups you check often. Saved views update as members start or stop matching.

Leave a private staff note and set a follow-up date. The Due follow-ups view lists the people who need a reply.
Pro adds detailed learning progress and a Purchased but not started filter. Payment amounts are visible only to the Locker owner. Follow-up dates are tracked in the app; they do not send reminders.

After payment setup, sell courses in a free-to-join Locker or include every course in a paid membership. Paid-membership Lockers cannot sell courses separately. The fee also applies to membership renewals.
The questions asked most often
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your Locker moves to the free-plan limits and nothing is deleted. Members who bought a course keep it, and paid members keep access through the period they paid for. Their renewals keep running while your Pro is still active, and once Pro ends, Lockers sets each one to stop at the end of its current period. Your custom domain keeps routing for 14 days, then your lockers.social address takes over.
Can I move a community I already have?
Members, yes: share an invite link, or invite people one at a time from Admin. On Pro, a connected tool can send invitations for you through the API. Posts and courses have to be recreated. We would rather say that plainly than promise an importer we have not built.
Who owns the content?
You keep the rights to your content. Owners can export supported community records and uploaded files as a ZIP from Admin, or download resumable numbered ZIP parts for a larger export. Private messages, private learning records, private Audience records, and billing and security data are excluded. The export guide explains the scope and how to keep all the parts together.
Can I charge my members?
Selling is available after the Locker owner connects a Stripe account and completes payment setup. Each Locker has its own Free or Pro plan. A free-to-join Locker can sell individual courses: the Lockers platform fee is 5% on Free and 1% on Pro. Paid membership requires Pro, includes every course, and has a 1% platform fee on each membership payment. Courses cannot be sold separately in a paid-membership Locker. Payment processing costs extra. We calculate the platform fee after discounts and before tax. When a payment is refunded, we return the proportional platform fee; payment-provider fees follow the provider’s rules.
How do members sign in?
With one Lockers account. Selecting Sign in on your community takes a member to lockers.social and straight back to your community, on your own domain if you have one. The same account works in every community they belong to, so nobody keeps a separate password for yours.
Does Lockers have built-in member management?
Yes. Audience gives owners and admins member search, private staff notes, tags, saved filters, and one follow-up date per member on Free and Pro. It also explains community and course access. Pro adds detailed learning progress and a Purchased but not started filter. Audience does not send email campaigns or automated follow-up reminders.
Can I connect my CRM or other tools?
On Pro, yes. Admin has API keys with presets for CRM, calendar, invitation and drafting tools, and signed webhooks that tell your system when members, courses, events or posts change. The Learning Center walks through each one.
Do you put your branding on my community?
No badge on your posts and no logo in your feed. Free communities live on a lockers.social address, which is the only place the name shows up. Pro communities are on your own domain.
Is there a trial of Pro?
Your first Locker starts with a 14-day Pro trial if you haven't used a trial before. No card is required. When the trial ends, that Locker moves to Free unless you subscribe to Pro. Creating another Locker does not start another trial.
